Happy days.... Thank you for sharing.... Day at the spa Snowy in Caithness... Sheep shearing... Sheep shearing...A fabulous day on the farm ~ it's the girls big day for their makeover! Watching a shearer in action is pretty amazing. First, he quickly 'flips' the sheep onto its back,this looks kind of scary, but it's harmless. The sheep go into a trance-like state, and that makes shearing a lot easier! It was lovely to watch the lambs re-unite with their mums, they didn't recognise them and had to sniff them out! I think I was supposed to be helping, but I couldn't put the camera down!
